Age of Arcane - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Age of Arcane ("Game"), developed and operated by Mythic Furnace LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Connecticut, USA.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Mythic Furnace LLC governing your access to and use of the Game, including any content, functionality, and services offered through:

Crazy Games
Google Play Store (Android)
Apple App Store (iOS)

By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 Legal Restrictions

You may not use the Game if:

You are prohibited from receiving products, services, or software under applicable laws
You are located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
You are listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties

3. License Grant

3.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

Download, install, and use the Game on devices you own or control
Access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part thereof
Create derivative works based on the Game
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
Distribute, license, lease, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Game or your account
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or related systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, other accounts, or our systems
Circumvent any technology we use to protect the Game or our intellectual property

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account to save your game progress and access certain features. Depending on the platform, you may sign in using Google, Apple, Yandex, CrazyGames, email, or play anonymously.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring any information you provide is accurate and current

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties
Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your license to use the Game terminates immediately. You will lose access to your account, game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, and any other data associated with your account. No refunds will be provided.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Game, you agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
Use offensive, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory language or content
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
Promote or engage in any illegal activity
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Collect or harvest information about other users
Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
Share, buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real money outside the Game
Exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics in unintended ways
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Game
Promote self-harm, violence, or dangerous activities

5.2 Reporting Violations

If you encounter conduct that violates these Terms, please report it to us at privacy@magicforge.com.

6. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

6.1 Purchase and Use

The Game may offer virtual currency, virtual items, or other in-game content ("Virtual Goods") for purchase with real money or as gameplay rewards.

6.2 License, Not Ownership

Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Goods within the Game. You acknowledge that:

You do not own any Virtual Goods
Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value
Virtual Goods cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of value
Virtual Goods cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded outside the Game

6.3 Modification and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Virtual Goods at any time, with or without notice. We may also adjust the pricing, availability, or functionality of Virtual Goods. You acknowledge that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Virtual Goods.

6.4 No Refunds

All purchases of Virtual Goods are final. Except as required by applicable law, no refunds will be provided for any Virtual Goods, including:

Unused Virtual Goods upon account termination
Virtual Goods that are modified or discontinued
Virtual Goods purchased by mistake

7. Purchases and Payments

7.1 Payment Processing

Purchases within the Game are processed by third-party payment providers:

Stripe for international transactions
YooKassa for transactions in Russia and CIS countries
Platform stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) for in-app purchases

We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor or platform.

7.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the Game and may vary by region, platform, and currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction or payment provider.

7.3 Authorization

By making a purchase, you authorize us (through our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.

7.4 Subscription Services

If the Game offers subscription services:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)
No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Ownership

The Game and all its contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, video, software, code, game mechanics, and design—are owned by Mythic Furnace LLC, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"Age of Arcane," "Mythic Furnace," and related logos and trade names are trademarks of Mythic Furnace LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8.2 User Content

If you submit, upload, or otherwise make available any content through the Game ("User Content"), you:

Retain ownership of your User Content
Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Game
Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights

We may remove any User Content at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.

9. Third-Party Services and Platforms

9.1 Platform Terms

When you access the Game through third-party platforms (Yandex Games, Crazy Games, Google Play, Apple App Store), you are also subject to the terms of service of those platforms. In case of conflict between these Terms and platform terms regarding your use of the platform, the platform's terms prevail for platform-related matters.

9.2 Third-Party Services

The Game integrates third-party services for backend operations, analytics, advertising, and payment processing. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for a complete list. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

9.3 Third-Party Links

The Game may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Basis

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantees

We do not warrant that:

The Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
The Game or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
The results of using the Game will meet your requirements
Your game progress, Virtual Goods, or account data will be preserved indefinitely

10.3 Beta Features

If we offer beta, preview, or early-access features, they are provided without any warranty and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Exclusion of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYTHIC FURNACE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE GAME
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA

11.2 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR
ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100)

11.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mythic Furnace LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the Game
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights
Any User Content you submit

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13.3 Arbitration Agreement

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

For any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or the Game, you and Mythic Furnace LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at privacy@magicforge.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

Any arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MYTHIC FURNACE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.5 Exceptions

The arbitration agreement does not apply to:

Claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
Small claims court actions that qualify
Disputes where applicable law prohibits arbitration

13.6 European Union Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
Notify you through the Game or by other appropriate means

Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mythic Furnace LLC regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15.6 Notices

We may provide notices to you through the Game, by email (if you have provided one), or by other reasonable means. Notices to us should be sent to privacy@magicforge.com.

15.7 Survival

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
